Château d'Yquem X Simonit&Sirch: masterclass & dinner

Château d’Yquem CEO Lorenzo Pasquini, who hails from Italy, and master pruner  Marco Simonit, the CEO and co-founder of  Simonit&Sirch, who knows the Yquem vineyards like the back of his hand, will present the masterclass at the Accademia Vine Lodge in northeastern Italy. 

The masterclass will be followed by a specially created dinner prepared by one of southern Italy’s most forward-thinking chefs, Caterina Ceraudo. Her one Michelin-star restaurant, Dattilo is located on a biodynamic farm and champions local ingredients and the best of Calabrian cuisine. 

Writer Cinzia Benzi will be a distinguished guest at the masterclass and dinner and will bring her copies of her celebrated book ‘Yquem’.
