In 2026, Karakterre comes to Germany – to Eltville on the Rhine. The festival is one of the world’s leading platforms for organic, biodynamic and natural wines from Central and Eastern Europe, attracting professionals and wine enthusiasts from across the globe.
Karakterre 2026 welcomes a curated group of winegrowers from Central and Eastern Europe to Eltville, where they will present wines crafted through organic, biodynamic or natural practices.
Since its beginnings in 2011, Karakterre has grown into an international meeting point for sustainable winemaking, today representing a community of more than 200 producers who share a commitment to ecology, heritage and innovation.
Visitors can expect meaningful conversations, expressive wines and a festival dedicated to sustainability in viticulture – the essence of Karakterre for more than a decade.
