Eating on the Edge

Langegg an der Schilcherstraße 23, 8511 St. Stefan ob Stainz
Relevant for:
All connoisseurs

Nestled at the foot of the Kor Alps in western Styria, the Langmann family's vineyards are on dizzyingly steep slopes that enjoy cool weather conditions and clear air. In combination with the high-altitude sun, this guarantees fresh, light-footed wines with stunning aromas. And nowhere are can these be better savoured than in the Panorama-Buschenschank, which reopens its doors in March.

Freshness and full flavours – both in the glass and on the plate – are a hallmark of the Langmann family. The mountain sun and the cooling air currents not only influence the taste of the excellent, multilayered Schilcher wines, but also allow local produce to ripen with particularly intense aromas. With mid-winter now behind us, look forward to 4 March when the Panorama-Buschenschank welcomes back connoisseurs of all stripes to enjoy popular Styrian classics and creative vegan delicacies made from fine, locally sourced ingredients.Find out more about the the winery on the edge of the Alps:
