Clemens and Lukas Strobl (father and son) present their handmade organic wines from 3 regions (Kremstal, Kamptal and Wagram). In each case 2 wines will be tasted in parallel - either cross-generational or cross-regional. In addition, top chef Johannes Nuding, Tobias Schöpf, head of the Rote Wand Manufaktur and Jamie Unshelm, head of the Rote Wand Culinary Lab, will conjure up a best-of of all chefs on the plates in a creative cooking session.
