CEO Christoph Graf describes the sparkling wine as follows: “The 2023 Blanc de Noir is shaped by wonderful elegance and delicacy, carried by a gentle harmony of vibrant tension and the balanced intensity of full physiological ripeness. The 2023 vintage brought cooler, moderate conditions – ideal for base wine, and even more perfect for Blanc de Noir. These conditions highlighted VAUX’s signature style: subtle white-fruit aromatics, a light yet defined structure, and an elegant, lively freshness. Thanks to excellent physiological ripeness, this Sekt reveals a characterful structure, the finest, creamy mousse and a delicate hint of white vineyard peach.”
