Executive Chef Julian Stieger will be presenting his first menu at the now-legendary Rote Wand Chef's Table. It will be accompanied by wine rarities from the trinkreif cellar, including Mouton Rothschild 1986, Wittmann Morstein, Chateau d'Yquem and Egon Müller Scharzhofberg.
