At the VAUX Spring Festival, visitors can look forward to a sparkling programme with tastings, cellar tours, gourmet food and live music.
Experience pure sparkling wine culture at the spring festival to mark the 27th German Sparkling Wine Day at VAUX castle. The cellar masters will reveal the secrets of the sparkling wine trade, disgorge live and serve a cuvée sans dosage for tasting. During a moderated tasting in the elegant Bel Etage of VAUX castle, every participant becomes a connoisseur. There's also a sparkling wine without alcohol: VAUX TRÄUBLEIN – where zero alcohol meets fabulous flavour.
The various culinary stations with freshly cooked specialities, cheese delicacies and dessert variations will whet your appetite even more. The programme is rounded off with live music to liven up the Sekt Day mood. As every year, there will also be attractive Sekt Day prices!
