Services

  • Public Relations
  • Event Management

Penfolds is without a doubt one of the most renowned wine producers in the southern hemisphere. Its flagship “Grange” has been produced since 1952, and is one of the world’s most coveted red wines. While Penfolds offers numerous iconic wines that are closely tied to its name, it does produce more than just such rare wine monuments. Located in the Barossa Valley, the winery also produces outstanding everyday wines under the guidance of legendary master winemaker Peter Gago, with affordable choices from the juicy BIN 28 to the cool Koonunga Hill series.

Between 2003 and 2009, Wine+Partners served as the exclusive press representatives for Penfolds in the German-language world. After a brief pause, we are now once again working for the most innovative company down under. Since 2012, Penfolds has engaged us for truly special communications projects in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—a commission that has been an honor and a privilege.

About Penfolds

Since 1844, Penfolds has played a significant role in the history of Australian winegrowing and its development has crucially shaped its development from colonial times to today. The best example of this is probably the Grange: its creator Max Schubert bottled the first vintage in 1951, in secret, because it was still an experiment. Thereafter came an unbroken chain of vintages that would build the foundation of success for a product that today serves as THE wine icon for Australia. The wines of the Penfolds collection continue to impress today, thanks to the outstanding and clearly profiled Penfolds style. It is the ultimate expression of the Penfolds tradition to combine the best grapes from the top regions of southern Australia into wines of magnificence.
