A special evening: six Austrian wines from vineyards tended by the Simonit&Sirch master pruners will be served with two Italian courses.
The six Austrian wines will be presented by sommelier Michele Paiano and paired with two dishes prepared by Antonio 'Macelleria Bonelli' in this special evening at the Accademia Vine Lodge in the heart of Collio, Italy.
