Global warming is causing changes in weather patterns around the world. Central Europe is experiencing temperature increases and a dramatic drop in rainfall. What does this mean for soils? How do the vines react? And what can continental Europe learn from regions that are used coping with drier conditions?

 

This unmissable conference will feature star Sicilian winemaker Arianna Occhipinti, viticultural professor Dr. Alain Deloire, renowned Spanish winemaker Sara Pérez and Austrian biologist and author Dr. Martin Grassberger. The conference will be moderated by UK wine writer & biologist Dr. Jamie Goode.
