How does Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from Styria mature? What is the best age to enjoy these aged wines?

Wineries from the premium STK group will serve wines spanning 30 years, from 1990 to 2020, paired with a typical Styrian dinner. The five-course menu, based on traditional Styrian products, will be created by the chef of Burg Hotel in Oberlech, Sebastian Daeche.
