Viktoria Fahringer comes to ÆLIUM

She is the youngest award-winning female chef in Austria, Rolling Pin magazine named her ‘Female Chef of the Year’ and Forbes listed her among the ‘30 under 30’. When Tyrolean Viktoria Fahringer was honoured as ‘Youngster’ at the RX Female Award, she met Elena Rameder. The sommelier and host of the top St. Pölten restaurant ÆLIUM received the ‘Role Model’ award that evening. That was almost a year ago.

Reason enough for a reunion, which the two are celebrating with a guest performance by Viktoria Fahringer at ÆLIUM. "On 30 October, we are hosting a very special – FEMALE – evening,’"says Helena Rameder. Rameder will be serving wines from some of Austria's best female winemakers, such as Dorli Muhr from Carnuntum, to accompany the five courses that Fahringer has created especially for this dinner.
